Clock day is the day that ANY flash passes, no matter what. It wasn't a weak clock day because of the quality, because that doesn't matter on clock day. It was a weak clock day because the QUANTITY of flashes was low coupled with the fact that idiots who don't know what clock day is decided to vote on them based on how the quality of them.
